  • Loan Officer/Mortgage Sales Position

    Who we are looking for (get ready)

    Experienced, entrepreneurial, creative, passionate (and compassionate), innovative, aggressive, professional, and technically-savvy go-getters that don't want to sit at a desk from 9-5, and want to be a part of something more. We're looking for mortgage loan officers that know Zillow, LendingTree, and lead management software; if you're the person that your family goes to financial advice, that is a huge plus. We want you to have your business within our business. If you know the TV show Wall Street Warriors or Startup Junkies, you are our kind of person. We want people that can't sleep at night because of all the ideas in their head or because of their excitement for that next deal that is coming up. We want positive, outgoing, and friendly people that want personal assistants, to bring their dog to work occasionally, and to expect a lot out of us. We'll push you, and you'll push us. We take our work seriously, we work to serve our clients, but we don't live to work. We believe that work/life balance (with great compensation) is the key to happiness. We're very strong believers in the Dell (High Volume/Low Margin) and Google (treat your employees excessively well) business models. This is not some 9 to 5 sales job with stale morning meetings and generic middle managers. We don't want professional robots; we want creative, innovative, and forward thinking people who produce results rather than wait for it. You will not be micromanaged, but you will have to meet certain expectations and it will be entirely on you to make sure that this happens. We're a mortgage brokerage; we hold a multi-million dollar nationwide real estate portfolio; we're real estate investors, we're REALTORS, we're property managers and we do it all better than everyone else. Our monthly meetings are at new places to experience, not in a stale conference room.

    Your Compensation & Benefits
    • This is a commission based opportunity with compensation opportunity well into the six figure range.
    • Access to company health dental and vision benefit programs.
    • Sustainable Book of business and relationships to provide a minimum of $500k a month in loan volume.
    • Self-starter, high energy, social, professional, and well-organized, with creative problem-solving capability.
    • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, the Internet, and Internet Applications (i.e. Google Docs).
    • Entrepreneurial spirit is a must. Must be able to work well under pressure and multi-task.
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Skilled at developing and maintaining business relationships.
    • 2+ years of experience in sales, management or relevant field.
    • Ability to travel to clients' homes and/or places of business.
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
    • Previous management or leadership experiences a plus.
